"HOI might have saved our lives yesterday. We had been getting whiffs of a gas odor in our basement utility room. Called HOI — Chase came over with some high tech gadgets to detect gas and even carbon monoxide. Within minutes he found a small gas leak in our furnace. He used two detectors to be sure. Both detected a leak. He checked out all the gas pipes in the house. Within three hours pipes were replaced that had gone bad — right where Chase had identified — and we went to bed with peace of mind.
